      Pros

      Welcoming family environment. Strong emotional bond between the employees and organization. Employees are extremely dedicated to providing the best solutions and products to our military members. Very engaged in the community and giving back to the community. Great HR group!

      Cons

      From my experience, I had none. The Dayton business has grown tremendously since I left. It may be hard to maintain the "family" environment as the number of employees increase. Dayton’s sense of team work and dedication to the military members will never waiver.

      Pros

      The company has the feel of an intimate small company while it is a part of a large multinational corporation.

      Cons

      As someone new to the company, you definitely have the feel that you are not fully accepted by those who have been there a long time. Management is either absent due to off-site work or fully lacking in leadership.

      They gave interns a very projects to work on, with lots of support. Lots of smart engineers in the company

      Company culture is sometimes resistant to new ideas and change. Company has gone thru many leadership changes, and so it affects consistency of vision
