      Pros

      Work is often unique and challenging. Most colleagues are professional and respectful of each other. The quality of benefits are appreciated, dental, medical, 401k matching and tuition assistance among them.

      Cons

      Some coworkers do not take enough initiative. There is some disconnect at the management level with the needs of the employees. Limited opportunities for career advancement. Office consolidations and build-outs move ridiculously slow.

      Producing cut rate solutions quickly for government procurement agencies who demand top quality solutions while cutting corners , demanding unreasonable delivery dates, and waving process standards Fast pace engineering solutions

      Cons

      No flex time, no sick leave, expected to work overtime weekend after weekend. Growing pains and trying to implement processes without upper management support. Inadequate staffing and talent to complete the work as needed. No review processes. No clear set of objects from the top down.

      Interesting work, good compensation, professional collegues, professional atmosphere, professional growth is encouraged, advancement opportunities, good solid future for the company.

      Cons

      Not really any downsides, as it is a great place to work. Management made an effort to cultivate a good working environment.
