Everything about the Dallas site was bad. This place is everything your mother warned you about in the workplace: cronyism, corruption, under-funding, mass layoffs and random firings. After the last 50%+ reduction in workforce over 2 years there is no one left with any knowledge on how to properly run the place.

Zero leadership . Management non existent . Lack of direction . Verbally abusive operations staff . Lack of quality supervision. Lack of communication skills . Non existent HR staff . Unproductive in all areas required for a manufacturing facility . QA requires a source inspection for an $80.00 bracket being manufactured in Florida , you guessed in in January ! Priceless , no wonder The parent company in Italy wants this pathetic company sold .
