Lots of opportunities to z-path and work on interesting projects with some very knowledgable people. Career development opportunities for those starting out, if you seek them. Excellent work life balance

Cons

Bogged down with old processes which only get added to, rather than refined or removed. Very top heavy management / middle management structure which means you'll spend most of your time reporting.
