The pros are: - Informal and easygoing work environment. - Safety salary. The company has a strong participation from the Italian Gov - Flexible timing. Flexible weekly 40 hours. - Basic Health insurance is provided. -

Cons

The cons are: - Low salary compared with the competitors, generally 40% less then others European companies - Low training, last training session has been provided on 2012. - Low carriers opportunities. Difficulties to move from one department to another.
