Cons

Diversity is sometimes lacking in the workforce although the company is actively addressing this. The ICT is sometimes below par which is surprising given the investment in our products. How much quicker could products be brought to market if the ICT was faultless?

It is the Best industrial aeronautical reality in Italy. It is a good place where to start your career. There are many opportunities to learn.

Cons

It is very difficult to grow. Low level of meritocracy. Very Low salaries. Not a good place where to stay if you want to grow and challenge your career.
