Open and transparent communication is important to us, and we are continually looking for ways to keep employees informed and engaged. In the Cyber division, for example, we hold regular fortnightly update sessions to share business updates and provide opportunities for questions and discussion.       Good colleagues but poor pay and lack of appreciation

      Poor pay, not being valued, lack of management drive for rewarding employees even when based on proven years of good performance. Currently doing a higher level role on previous roles pay (not changed in 3 years even now doing a promoted job role for +12 months) - constant pushback for salary alignment to current role with no reason or evidence given, Italian management are a big issue and treat UK poorly with no respect
