      Great people and teamworking you'll be happy if you don't want to stretch yourself and continue to only work in you comfort zone

      No ambition, happy to work in their safe business area and there is a need to set more challenges and look at new sectors

      Pros

      Working in Aeronautics the best place is an Aircraft-making company. Is an open company where it is possible to get easy access to information. Agustawestland is a woldwide company that gives opportunities to spend a working period abroad. Good training program and starting career opportunity.

      Cons

      High complexity in managing a lot of different programs (each with its own history and rules) can lead to high stress periods. Internal organisation, services, burocracy and infrastructure not the best in efficiency. Unsatisfactory HR. No job rotation.

      Pros

      As an American working in DC forever, I love this company. The cultural experience has been amazing. The office at 1625 I Street is superior in style and beauty. Love the Italians...warm, generous and kind. Easy going atmosphere, but underneath lies a hardworking team that supports another. Best benefits by far. There are some who complain, but they don't know that the grass gets no greener than this! We make really cool stuff too!

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but benefits cannot be beat so if you look deeper, your total compensation is better than what appears on the surface. Would like to see more training/education to support upward mobilty available (i.e., paid for by the company).
