A great deal of complex onboarding, and an unsupportive work environment, but excellent pay.

The job paid well, and it provided benefits in the form of healthcare/insurance.

Cons

Exhausting hours, requiring far more in-person work than initially claimed, with a complicated, lengthy onboarding process for new developers that took several months to complete (with unhelpful, fragmented documentation), and an unsupportive work environment.
