Easily accessible office. Right by the Clark stop.

Cons

Extremely low pay - barely liveable A lot of work for that low pay They can't retain talent due to the pay They have two floors. They Despite the fact that half the office is empty on the nice floor, account reps work on the not nice floor. No reason for in office work. People right next to you will still send you Teams messages. No tangible in office benefits. Want snacks? They have a vending machine you can pay for.... Did I mention low pay?

- Greedy management team with very poor taste/judgment. - Layoffs happen twice a year, and the selection criteria depend heavily on favoritism and nepotism rather than performance. - Extremely low transparency across the organization. - Annual bi-yearly salary reviews/raises have been frozen for nearly 4 years under the excuse of "poor economic conditions.

The expectations grew the salary did not. They had a very expensive party while firing hundreds of people. The pay is below market value for the work.
