Thanks for the feedback. As you know, Lessen implemented a new incentive program earlier this year so that all employees have the opportunity to earn a quarterly or annual bonus based on their performance. Great suggestion on providing real-time visibility into the results! We have recently developed a KPI dashboards in Quicksite; you will see it soon if you haven’t already!

None they changed the benefits to cover less Working from an office no one is in for no reason

Cons

I believe this company is going through financial hardship and with most companies are not transparent with employees. Several waves of layoffs, discussions of potential contract challenges that are causing financial burdens. I do not seee them lasting long since they took over sms Assist. The craziest part is lessen bought SMS but brought absolutely nothing to it because all of their avenues prior failed and are done. It is essential SMS with horrible management that gets pettier and pettier every single day. Very stressful and no help from management.

At the core, Lessen has helpful technology that is intended to streamline large and complicated processes that can prevent property managers from simple and basic maintenance. Some roles qualify for flexible "unlimited" time off and others are still on traditional PTO. The company has 401k matching and decent benefits.

Cons

Lessen's leadership team is weak, a political mine field and an overall joke. The CEO and his executive followers are only focused on chasing dollars and the potential of ideas. Basic day to day business operations and functionality are an after thought. Customer service and support is minimal. There is little to no support for employee growth or career progression and unless you play politics, there is very little opportunity to be promoted or get a raise. Employees are regularly lied to about how the company is doing and there have been regular layoffs for the past couple years.
