Chicago office is a mix of hybrid & remote staff. New Chicago office site is centrally located near the Loop.

Cons

Chicago office needs to either call back remote staff or get a smaller space. Even on mid-week hybrid office days the office is VERY empty. Those who are there can also be negative for being there & it gives the place a bad vibe. Insurance benefits have gotten more expensive as they switched from BCBS-IL to Blue Cross AZ. Not a fan of the more conservative attitude from AZ office. Chicago staff have been told to pucker up as things aren't changing.

This company is ready to equip you with every tool needed to do your job, you just have to bring your experience and come prepared to jump in. Pay is fair, company vehicles aren’t old beater trucks, management is typically quick to respond to your emails, and if you have a problem it’s typically fixed within a few days if not same day. This job isn’t for old school tradesmen, or anybody against technology and learning new things. It’s VERY technology oriented, change happens frequently, and you’re always adapting to the changes.
