      Wednesday beer cart, party all the time

      No stability, no structure, HR is useless...and too many bosses!!! Like the administration team think they run the show!! I would think 100 times before going to work for this company

      - Sometimes, your colleagues, but watch out for all management or any senior contributors who have been there since SMS Assist.

      Cons

      - Terrible Management - Layoffs, endless layoffs - Culture of bullying, harassment, and retaliation. Don’t go to HR unless you want to be first on the layoff list. - Middle management is completely useless, and upper management only cares about their titles.

      They wanted to do more in the field regarding estimates, scopes, etc.

      Cons

      There was nothing positive after Lessen bought SMS Assist. Tons of layoffs. Round after round. Meanwhile Lessen is pushing out headlines that they have massive "revenue". So any losses are being subsized by layoffs essentially. Vendors hate the outsourcing and clawbacks. Hard to keep them nevermind good vendors. It's a cluster and thankful I am out of it. No one really has any idea what the company is doing or why they're even still working there. Can't believe anything they say. Run. You won't be valued. You won't have a chance.
