Pros

Everything is very organized, everyone is trained professionally so they know what they are doing. Managers care about the employees, and support them. For example if a table leaves without tipping, they will take care of the server. Great family atmosphere! The company ha strict rules, and is based on seniority and that makes the decision making process very fair. One of the best companies to work for!

Long hours and difficult customers to deal with.
