      Pros

      I've been managed by a variety of managers, and all of them have been great in their own way. Everyone takes the restaurant seriously, but we have a ton of fun, and great relationships with upper management.

      Cons

      As a server, it is hard to move up with the company, unless you want to be a front of house manager.
