Great Company to work for, but the money is not there

The company culture is great, the management was fun, understanding and really worked with you.

Cons

The organization was bit of a mess, the hiring process was too long, so the only people that stuck around were people that really needed the job. Therefore they lose a lot of real talent. Also the money wasn’t there for what was promised.
