Good culture, diversity & ethics. Somewhat decent pay depending on the position. At least average insurance options. Good opportunity for advancement at the store level.

Cons

Work your butt off, a lot of stress at management level. Lousy 401K match ($400/yr.) regardless of how much an employee contributes or works or earns.

It was a new restaurant so new restaurant headaches seemed to plague the location I was at

It's an awesome place to work. Fast-paced environment most of the time and a good company culture.

Cons

Seasons have a big effect on pay due to getting more tips in winter compared tips summer.
