      Pros

      Really appreciated how much the company feels like a family, and I liked how much they made sure to stress everyone's safety. They really mean what they say whenever they show you around.

      Cons

      Could sometimes be a little hectic with communication, but they do try to communicate.

      Pros

      Level Green is a great place to work. The people really give the company a family feel. It does not feel like you are just another number. Employees are treated generously. Even as the company grows, it still feels very much like a small company. The owners, Doug and Bill, have an open door policy, and employees are welcome to stop in at any time. While there are still challenging seasons that go with being a landscaper, one of the biggest pros of working for Level Green is that there is a work life balance. The owners do not want their employees working 24/7.

      Cons

      As the company continuously improves, the number of processes is constantly changing. All of these are greatly needed improvements, but just as you get to know a system, something with that system is tweaked or changed.
