There's not a unified direction from the executive team. Highly political and divided for a company of its size. Overly focused on processes to the point of hindering productivity. There are many pockets of underutilized employee time. Cognitive dissonance between diversity initiatives and hiring/management/firing practices.

Less tight deadlines, more thorough planning and clear communication could help undestaffed teams to deliver a higher quality product from start rather than heroically fixing it later. All of the above could help reduce workload. But it will be fair to mention that team spirit was high. Team performed well even under stress. It was pleasure working with them
