      - interview were conducted over Zoom - people are always willing to help you out/teach - management listens to suggestions and makes changes - hybrid in-office/WFH schedule

      Cons

      - 401k matching would be a great benefit

      Pros

      - Plenty of interesting stuff to work on but without a culture of working long hours. - Our mission matters. We are solving real problems in the renewable energy industry, differently from other "green" startups who are often just greenwashing an existing product without disrupting anything. - The continually evolving industry we work in means things never get stale and we are constantly adapting. - Lots of 10+ year experienced professionals from different segments of the energy industry work here.

      Cons

      - Multiple business lines at a small, young company make it hard to know what to focus on, develop the necessary subject matter expertise and prioritize appropriately. - Some positions require working in an office part-time, if that's a deal-breaker for you. - Compensation is industry benchmarked at 50th percentile, I think. So you're not going to get an astronomical salary working here.
