Cons

LevelTen Energy is accelerating the clean energy transition. Big corporations have committed to carbon free energy, LevelTen’s marketplace helps them find renewable energy projects to invest. The people are passionate about the mission and fun to work with. The leadership is well respected and company is growing to accommodate the demand for renewable energy projects.

Cons

As the company grows, changes are inevitable. Employees need to be flexible and be able to go with the flow.

* Amazing company culture. Everyone is always willing to help and I always feel included. * Love that we are a mission-driven company * Great office space and location * Competitive compensation * HR does a great job with onboarding new employees * Amazing interview process * Open and honest feedback and communication

Cons

* While we already have some amazing benefits, it would be great if we could add things like free Orca cards, 401k match, or wellness credits.
