      Pros

      Fair compensation, good team and atmosphere, interesting product

      Cons

      Less tight deadlines, more thorough planning and clear communication could help undestaffed teams to deliver a higher quality product from start rather than heroically fixing it later. All of the above could help reduce workload. But it will be fair to mention that team spirit was high. Team performed well even under stress. It was pleasure working with them

      Pros

      The people are great, including leadership. One of the few work places where the environment for ICs is fairly nontoxic. Leadership also supports a healthy work life balance and encourages people to use the unlimited PTO—people usually average around 5-7 weeks/year. Executive leadership is transparent and approachable.

      Cons

      Product lines seem unfocused. There’s a push to prioritize inconsequential features that a fraction of users would care about.
