Pros

Generally nice people, free snacks, and lunch on Wednesdays If you are in the right department, there can be a strong sense of team

Cons

Levelset makes you believe that they will do anything for you. They made it about 2 weeks into COVID before they laid off about 50% of sales staff. They set expectations that they would bring back sales employees after a few months only to bring on completely new people. -Leads are not good - The sales energy is pretty abrasive and annoying - The pay is not competitive - They lack any sort of diversity - Sales managers have a complex about themselves

Pros

My favorite part of working at Levelset is having both an awesome internal mission to rally around and working with some incredible and intelligent people. This company is unlike anywhere I have worked previously - the support for us Levelsetters both inside and outside of the office is really tangible. I am so appreciative to be a part of this rocketship, and yes, they are right - hold on tight! Things move fast around here.

Cons

The cons are also the pros - this company is growing FAST and thus shifts internally OFTEN! "Hold on to the rocketship" and you will be okay. Lots of moving parts here
