      Good projects, good people, contacting with SAP.

      Cons

      No certifications from SAP, no subscriptions to well-known educational platforms, not so big salaries, no automated management.

      It is a good place to work

      Pros

      You can work at office or remotely. Company has a lot of useful social benefits. Friendly environment in qa team. You could change the project to another one if it is possible for now. Salary is bigger than average. I leave only good memories about the work here. But maybe I was just lucky with the projects I had.

      Cons

      When I quit I got less unused vacation payment than it should be according country rules, but there is nothing you can do since a tricky contract conditions. Then I realized that I got less amount every time I took my leaves.

      A lot of knowledge is shared. Supportive and ready to fit your preferences.

      Cons

      Salary is low as in all Belarus. Sometimes without any experience you get into the projects with absolutely new topics, which causes future difficulties. This is both plus and minus at the same time.
