Pros

WFH and work-life balance is the only positive

Cons

Management - it's a boys club. No leadership, no strategy and no planning. Salary below average by comparison, No training - employees are told to self learn even the technical teams They knowingly promote products and solutions that don't work and when given feedback it is dismissed.
