Pros
Leviathan has always managed to attract great people and clients. There is a lot of interesting and challenging work to do, its a great place to learn.
Cons
Leviathan has a chaotic, reactive work environment sometimes resulting in some employees double booked or working long hours to meet deadlines while others sit on the bench. This has been a recurring theme amongst former employees. Promises of changes to structure, compensation, and promotion opportunities are often made at big company meetings and often in private, which are never fulfilled. Instead of addressing the unfulfilled promises management assumes everyone will forget and continues on as normal. Long-term retention of talent has been difficult for them with a high rate of turnover amongst senior staff, often due to burn out. Unrealistic expectations combined with compensation disparities between employees leaves staff frustrated and ultimately drives them to new opportunities.
