Pros

Excellent team, amazing work/life balance and constant learning. It's a very close-knit team and very professionally managed. Also great in terms of infosec culture and appreciation of the community.

Cons

Not many - a very steep learning curve and perhaps not the most amazing offices, but I hear they've moved. Typical - after I left. If there's any truth in the negative reports it's long since been corrected.

Pros

Leviathan consistently punches above their weight for the size of company they are. Working here, the management was truly kind to me and never treated me like a number or a widget. They took care of me when things outside of work went wrong. I am very impressed such a small company can keep a research department running and produce such excellent work. I worked with some of the most capable people I have ever worked with while I was here. During my time here I witnessed management stand by their morals, even when it meant turning down money. They are successful without being evil. There are good perks; travel opportunity, conferences, a positive employer to have while publishing work, good to work with in regards to IP and personal development.

Cons

Being a small company, there is little insulation from a customer falling through or a bad quarter. Running lean means cash flow is king and this can be stressful. Sometimes management will conduct their stress to help deliver.

Pros

Able to have a positive impact on a wide variety of important technologies. Some of the smartest and dedicated people I have ever worked with. This place is full of opportunity!

Cons

Need more opportunities to work on engineering projects outside of funded research and development.
