Great group of people, great management, great product. I genuinely enjoy working here.

Cons

The commission structure for SDR's is honestly broken. Your entire comp check is based off the senior closers having a strong follow-up system. It does not matter how hard you work to a large extent your paycheck is out of your control.

Fun environment, great people, great benefits and they treat their staff well with lunches and breakfast

Cons

The job is just hard and it comes with a small training period. As much as senior management does help and work 1 on 1 the job again is just hard.
