Having been at Levitate for 3+ years, I would whole-heartedly recommend working here. The company has seen incredible growth year / year, and I have complete confidence in our exec leadership to steer the ship successfully. One of my favorite core values is Solutions not Problems. Meaning if there's something you think the company could do better or should change, you're encouraged to flag the problem & present a solution. As long as you come prepared with solid data points, your suggestion will be taken seriously. I'm also a huge fan of the monthly company meeting. Leadership is super transparent about what's going on with the business, which is really reassuring. It also provides a lot of opportunity to learn about economics & business management in real-time.
