Great product with a lot of growth potential. It's definitely a grind but if you're up for a challenge, it is worth it. You get out what you put in. Leadership is great, Jes and the rest of the team are very transparent. Lot's of incentives are given the to sales team each month to make extra $$$.

Cons

-Work/life balance can be hard (from the sales side), it's easy to feel like you have to be on 24/7. However, since we've implemented working from home it's a lot easier to manage. -No 401k match
