      - cool people - if you succeed here, you'll succeed literally anywhere else you go

      Cons

      - this company literally preys on new graduates who have no experience in tech sales. its a foot in the door to a great industry in the triangle but be prepared to eat, sleep, and breathe this job. theres a reason theyre always hiring SDRs, its because the churn rate is insane. dont expect to have a work/life balance, you often will work til 6 and good luck trying to take any PTO. if you value your mental health and your sanity, look elsewhere.
