I genuinely enjoyed working with my coworkers.

Cons

No complaints with Jes Lipson, but some of the leadership below him do nothing to keep great talent in the door.

Pros

The leadership team is empathetic and transparent, which is not something you come across every day. There are also a lot of nice perks like free lunch every day from really good restaurants, unlimited PTO, and work-from-home flexibility for certain roles. The Levitate product itself is awesome and I love that it helps small businesses!

Cons

Since it's a start-up, priorities and your work can shift quickly but I wouldn't say it's a negative...just part of start-up life. I also wish they had a 401k match (though I believe they're working on getting this set up soon).

Pros

Leadership is incredibly transparent about the state of the company and are open to new ideas. This is an extremely supportive work environment and endless opportunities to learn. Truly one of the best places to work!

Cons

There are some growing pains associated with being a start-up but the solutions-mindset here means problems will be solved quickly
