The executives care about the employees. The company offers many employee perks for working here and I feel very supported in my role. Couldn't ask for better co-workers, managers, or leadership team.

Transparent leadership team. Clear mission, vision, values. Passionately data-driven and prone to running A/B tests. An exciting place to be with a lot of opportunities for professional development. Meaningful work helping small businesses grow. Highly recommend!

Cons

Could be a pro/con depending on who you are but due to the startup nature of Levitate, the work is fast-paced and there's always stuff to do. Go into Levitate with eyes wide open as you consider the workload you're looking for. Excited for HR to continue developing the 401K match program. In its current state -- it could use some love.
