Cons

Our sales model is transactional and requires reps to stay on their game - but is that really a con? If you are motivated, you will be successful.

Leadership is incredibly transparent about the state of the company and are open to new ideas. This is an extremely supportive work environment and endless opportunities to learn. Truly one of the best places to work!

Cons

There are some growing pains associated with being a start-up but the solutions-mindset here means problems will be solved quickly
