Pros
I've been with Levitate for almost 3 full years now. I have not only made life long friends, but have learned an unimaginable amount of skills very quickly in this fast paced start up environment. I've been given the opportunity to move up the ranks many times, seeing promotions on an almost quarterly basis since I started as the first ever intern here. I absolutely love the fact that as long as I get my job done and hit my numbers as a salesman, I am given the space and trust I desire (I get to work remotely 24/7 as a Principal AE, which allows me to exercise in the morning before work, save money and the environment without the commute). I love working for Levitate, and I'm grateful for the opportunities this company has provided me over the past three years. I've grown professionally and personally beyond what I thought I was capable of prior to starting my career. I'm also 25 years old, and make A LOT of money compared to others my age across the country. If you're considering applying at Levitate, as Nike says, JUST DO IT!
Cons
It is an absolute grind here. I love working hard, because it is so rewarding to see what I'm capable of when I push myself to be great. If you're looking for a laid back job that doesn't require focus and creativity, Levitate probably isn't for you. When I started here three years ago, there were some issues that have since been completely resolved. I really don't have any complaints about Levitate! It can definitely be stressful though, which is why exercising and eating properly play a huge role in my ability to succeed here.
