It's a start-up so there are some things that aren't figured out yet

Pros

Great group of people, great management, great product. I genuinely enjoy working here.

Cons

The commission structure for SDR's is honestly broken. Your entire comp check is based off the senior closers having a strong follow-up system. It does not matter how hard you work to a large extent your paycheck is out of your control.

Pros

Great work environment, a lot of team huddles, company outings and training on the spot. Managers are willing to help out with anything. Everyone is so nice and willing to answer any questions. Great place to work overall!
