They are good at getting you in the prospecting mindset. It is a great place to start your career.

Cons

They make you work hard for lower comp than a lot of other tech companies in the area. Quota for each employee is different. If you are out performing others, your quota will likely be higher than others in the same role on your team. Leadership tends to overpromise and under deliver. There have been multiple situations where they have promised things, like remote capability. and then taken that away a week after they agreed. Nothing will ever be good enough and they expect you to work harder after hitting your goals with no time off.
