Great work environment, you are treated like a professional and are given a lot of space to create your own calendar. Hard work is recognized and promotions happen quickly. I have loved the culture of Levitate and look forward to going to work!

Cons

Because this is a start up company, there is a lot of work that needs to be done so your day will be pretty full.

The people are truly what make Levitate so special. I've never experienced another working environment with such supportive peers. It's really magical to see how much we celebrate our co-workers successes while also building people up during the tough times. Our leadership team embodies the servant leadership mentality. They're in the trenches with us and are constantly thinking of new ways to help us improve.

Cons

Depending on what role you're in, the hours can be long, but the day will typically end by 6pm.
