- Amazing opportunities to grow and learn through experience. - The teams are tight, professional, and a joy to work with. - The CEO and leaders are in the trenches with everyone everyday, and are deeply empathetic to the challenges we're solving for our customers. - The work is an excellent balance between challenging, unique and rewarding. - The culture and community (even remotely) has a genuineness that is admirable.

Cons

Objectively I can't think of any cons. It's not ideal to always work remotely, but even that is something leadership has been very proactive about keeping everyone safe.
