great culture, very motivating team, all managers are very involved and constantly checking in with you see how you are doing

no cons here, since Covid it has been a little challenging working from home but we still all communicate on a daily/hourly basis

The people at Levitate are truly special and it definitely trickles down from the leadership team. It's an incredible company with a ton of opportunity for growth

Cons

Not a con, but you need to be flexible and open for change and willing to put in the work. In my opinion, it's completely worth it

- PEOPLE! You can get a sales role anywhere, but here's the place to do it. I genuinely enjoy coming into work everyday to be surronded by my team. - Fast growth. Both the company and personal career. - How much you make is in your control (commission)... work hard, make more.

Cons

This is definitely not a con, just good to know what you're getting into. This is a grind. It's a fast-paced environment that needs everybody on their game most, if not all, of the time.
