Pros

The growth potential is limitless, and its a fast paced environment. Everyone can really see how they're impacting the business. There really hasn't been one day when I didn't look forward to coming to work here. I'm also impressed we have managed to build a software company in which women are treated as equals to their male counterparts.

Cons

Well, it is a software startup-- a quickly growing startup, at that. We are working very hard. That's not the best fit for everyone.
