      Pros

      The people that work at Leviton are wonderful. The turnover for the younger staff is about average but the older staff is very stable and there are many employees that work for Leviton that have been here for well over 20 years.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best and depending on which department you are in the culture can be amazing or not so good. The boss in that department is what determines the culture. As a whole company culture is still very family oriented.

      Cons

      It took 7 weeks to get hired after a verbal Approval to be hired, its like getting hired on by the government, hence the job security
