After a 20 year career at my prior organization, I was very nervous to start with a new organization. From the moment I joined the HR team, I have felt valued, heard and supported. I have a great local HR team that welcomed me with open arms and is always willing to help and never makes me feel like I'm a bother or asking silly questions. I'm happy to come to work again...and it shows! Overall, the entire culture and team at Leviton is welcoming and inclusive and so far, it's been a great place to work!

Cons

In the manufacturing word, learning the lingo, rotating schedules, and the overall industry is a challenge. However, one that I welcome each day!
