No raises terrible hours, no appreciation bad communication all they care about is management and how the walls and landscape look. No care for the workers who make the product. No communication at all and they let us know how replaceable we are. We have people leave every week.

Pros

Leviton offers the best full time work schedules. It’s like a vacation every other week. 4 on 4 off

Cons

This company favors the male employee. Women do not get certain positions even if they have completed the required responsibilities and classes for a specific position. For example, in my experience, a mechanics position is only offered to a male employee. Women don’t even get considered for that position
