Under new management the department moral has improved. Management now recognizes the employees worth and tell the truth

Some of the managers are amazing while others don't seem to know how to lead a team or even use the systems there own team uses.

If you're a good employee then Leviton is an extremely stable company to work for, especially through this pandemic! Great benefits.

Cons

It's not an exciting company to work for from a marketing standpoint. All creative is pretty cookie cutter and limited in what we can do.
