      Best work schedule ever!

      Pros

      Leviton offers the best full time work schedules. It’s like a vacation every other week. 4 on 4 off

      Cons

      This company favors the male employee. Women do not get certain positions even if they have completed the required responsibilities and classes for a specific position. For example, in my experience, a mechanics position is only offered to a male employee. Women don’t even get considered for that position
