Since joining Leviton I have been involved in many fun & challenging projects. You will get the opportunity to work with many talented individuals and design retail products that will be mass produced and sold by the thousands! This is a unique experience on LI and really helps validate your work. In my experience, management is very responsive & supportive of their employees. I truly feel that they want to see you grow in your career and are willing to provide you opportunities to do so. Although Leviton is a large company, smaller outings & events are planned throughout the year which are always very fun & unique (At least for C&I)!

Cons

Work can be fast-paced at times.

Large company that has been running for 116 years with proven success. They are responsible for manufacturing innovative electrical technology for industries like residential, commercial, industrial, lighting and network solutions. The hiring process is thorough because of the competition, a lot of engineers see this position as a great opportunity. The company is big on education and once you're hired you can see they invest so much on teaching you their proven ways of success. There's a positive collective mindset that makes you feel like the work you do is important and are part of an encouraging and helpful team. Fast paced environment with lots of new exciting projects, Management guides you through prioritizing tasks and is always available to help. Been at a couple different companies and this is the best on the job training I've personally received. The company also respects and encourages a work-life balance. Great place to work.
