Business Outlook
Pros
Everyday you know you are a part of something because you are welcomed, appreciated, and included. Communication is key and understanding why we do what we do is relevant. They communicate well and keep staff informed.
Cons
No real con, other than we are expanding. That's a PRO, but with construction and having a hard time finding more staff, is challenging. It will all be worth it though having more space to conduct necessary business.
