      Positive Changes!

      Pros

      There have recently been some very positive changes, creating more room for growth and better channels of communication with upper management. In general the RESI business unit is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you are creating products that will be used by your friends and family, which is pretty gratifying. There are always projects in the pipeline and opportunities for engineers of any level to take on more responsibility.

      Cons

      The location is remote, and work from home/summer Friday policy is not very flexible.
