None if you are working on the bottom floor. If your are working on the second floor you are considered a god. People who have degrees will not hesitate to show it.

Cons

Lack of leadership, Guidance, and instructions. On the lower level a whole lot of gossip and rumors, I wouldn't associate myself with to many people if I was you. Don't think about moving up in this company especially if you are on the production or warehouse level. Its about whether they like you or not. Emotions play a major role in terminations.
